Florida Self-Care for Busy Professionals: Be Healthy & Happy

Self-care is essential for your success as a busy professional. When you are feeling healthy and happy, you enjoy working. Any challenges that come your way are managed with greater confidence. You are able to release negative stress, replenish your own positive energy and establish healthy emotional boundaries. You can live your life with an empowered mind and fit body.

The Meditative Movement program, which was featured on the WCCO-TV | CBS Morning Show, provides an easy way to take care of your physical, mental and emotional needs. It integrates mindfulness, movement and affirmations so you can be healthier, happier and feel whole. This three-week series will give you easy to use activities which you can integrate into your busy daily routine.

  2. Experience mindfulness activities
  3. Develop strategies for successful behavior changes
  4. Practice Meditative Movements in your daily routine

Florida Gulf Coast University courses will be offered at four locations from 6:00-7:30 pm on following days:
