Ellie is the master of creating personal changes. When she was 23 years old, she was divorced and raising 3 children on her own while making $80 a week. Life was painful. Her body was unhealthy; her mind was constantly focusing on what other people should change in their lives so she could be happier and her spiritual being was filled with fear, self-pity, anger, and worthlessness. By applying the Power of Positive Workout technique, she learned to harness her own personal power and create the changes she desired.

Having the energy and enthusiasm to enjoy everyday life and live in the present moment is so valuable. Ellie's other outward change manifestations are she quit smoking, maintained a healthy weight, graduated from college while raising the children alone, remarried after the children were out of the house (still married even after going through menopause), started her own business, and overcame cancer.

Our mission is to change people's lives through the powerful synergy created when positive affirmations are combined with exercises. This holistic workout integrates a unique combination of traditional workout practices such as yoga flexibility / balance, cardio and strengthening movements with a series of verbal self affirmations. This program isn’t about forcing yourself to do physical exercise because you know it is good for you. It is about exercising your mind, your body, and your spiritual beings in concert so that you can experience life as a confident, loving, and energized individual.

Here's an overview of the program.

Centering affirmations such as "I can" and "I listen" are spoken during the warm up; energizing affirmations, "I am loved" and "I am good enough" are stated during yoga flexibility/balance, cardio, or strengthening movements and releasing affirmations "I release my need to control" and "I forgive" are said during the cool down. The yoga practice starts with meditation and ends with the relaxation portion and the “I know” affirmations.

Get ready to be inspired and believe in your own ability to create change. Remember changing yourself takes time and focus – one affirmation and one movement at a time.
